Coastal Energy Project

Coastal
Community Action Program (CCAP) provides housing, energy
assistance and many other emergency social services
to the low income families of Grays Harbor and Pacific
Counties. Historically, CCAP has been dependent upon
federal and state sources to provide funding to meet

order to increase service delivery options and to lessen
the local dependence on outside funding, CCAP has built
a 6 Mega-Watt (MW) Wind Farm in the Grayland, Washington
to generate revenue to supplement the community's ongoing
projects and thereby meet more of the community's needs.
