United Way Emergency Fund
This fund serves as a resource of last resort to eligible clients with emergency and self-sufficiency needs who have exhausted all other resources within the community.
CCAP services are coordinated with other service providers and when applicable, cost share projects are encouraged between agencies. Funds may be available for dental, prescriptions, water bills and some miscellaneous services.

Emergency
Temporary Shelter Assistance
We receive state funded ESHP(Emergency
Shelter and Homeless Prevention Program) funds
to provide temporary shelter vouchers for qualifying
homeless families with children under 18. Occupancy
is based on current availability. Call us at 360-533-5100

Food
We support six meal sites for Seniors and multiple
food banks throughout Grays Harbor and Pacific
County.
Home heating assistance
This program provides financial
assistance to help income-eligible housholds
make home heating more affordable during the
winter, avoid shut-off of utilities services,
and maintain a warm and safe environment.

Student Needs Assistance
Program (SNAP)
Provides
new school supplies to children from low-income
households in Grays Harbor and Pacific County.
This program is operated from donations from
the community, fundraising, and grants. All
monies are spent for supplies and fundraising;
there are no administrative costs.
Senior
Peer Counselors

Respond
to senior community members in crisis who do
not fit a mental health diagnosis. Peer Counselors
are listening specialists trained by local professionals
who are also on call to assist and advise the
Peer Counselors if necessary. Peer Counselors
assist 25 to 30 residents annually.
