CCAP offers nutritious delivered meals to home-bound seniors (over 60 years of age) through our “Meals On Wheels” program. Frozen meals are delivered in rural areas and on weekends.
6 Mealsites for Seniors
Hot, nutritious meals prepared by our professional staff are served on weekdays at a variety of centralized mealsites. Seniors (over 60 years of age) not only get a hot meal but also experience the company of other seniors in a comfortable setting.
