This program provides resources to assist currently homeless people in obtaining and maintaining housing.
Housing Department Complaints or Concerns
If your concern is related to CCAP Housing programs or Housing Department services, you may submit a complaint using our online form or by downloading a PDF. Providing your contact information is optional, unless you would like a response.
All housing-related forms are reviewed by our Housing Director,
