Front Office Coordinator, Grays Harbor

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: 

The main role of Office Coordinator is to meet the expectations and wants of internal and external patrons and bring quality front end service to clients, candidates and peers.  This position is expected to greet the public and handle multiple duties at one time and complete them accurately and timely.  This position is expected to have working knowledge of agency programs to provide accurate information to the public.

HOUSING AND COMMUNITY SERVICES

LIHEAP Program Associate Bilingual (Spanish – English), Grays Harbor

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: This position supports utility and other home energy assistance programs offered by CCAP to support the stability of low-income households in Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties. The position is named for the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), but supports and must be expert in a number of assistance programs.  The successful candidate will be customer-service oriented, flexible, and willing to take on new programs and duties on short notice. Applicants must be fluent in Spanish, with English proficiency.

 Youth Shelter Advocate, On Call

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The Youth Advocate directly supports youth voluntarily staying at a HOPE youth shelter in Aberdeen, WA. The shelter provides temporary residence, assessment, referrals, and permanency planning services for unsheltered youth under the age of 18.This position will play a critical role in assuring the shelter’s efficient operation, working to sustain a safe environment and healthy culture needed to support successful stays and exits for youth utilizing the shelter.
