This program is for Cascade Natural Gas customers only.
Five different benefit tiers for qualifying applicants are available to provide a monthly discount for 24 months and up to $500 total in as many as two grants to pay a past due balance.
The monthly bill discount ranges from 8% – 90% and the grant will pay between 50% – 100% of the past due amount.
Qualifying applicants have up to 200% FPL or 80% AMI, and customers can self-declare their current monthly income and the number of household residents.
Customers can apply through CCAP, by calling Cascade Natural Gas Customer Service at 888-522-1130, by completing an online application by logging into your account at cngc.com, or by completing a paper application found here Low-Income Assistance Programs – Cascade Natural Gas Corporation (multiple languages available).
