Floor Staff – HOPE youth shelter
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The Shelter floor staff directly supports youth voluntarily staying at a HOPE youth shelter in Aberdeen, WA. This position will play a critical role in assuring the shelter’s efficient operation, working to sustain a safe environment and healthy culture needed to support successful stays and exits for youth utilizing the shelter. Must be 21 years of age or older to be employed. The on-call position requires flexibility and the ability to respond to various schedule changes, filling in for employee vacations as well as call-outs due to sickness. The shelter provides temporary residence, assessment, referrals, and permanency planning services for unsheltered youth under the age of 18. Open until filled.
LOCATION/WORKING HOURS: The HOPE Youth Shelter is located in Aberdeen, WA. The shelter operates continuously, 7 days per week, 24 hrs per day. This position is subject to pre-employment drug testing and requires an FBI background check.

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: This position provides comprehensive care coordination for individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability. The Care Coordinator works with participants to develop individualized support plans to achieve housing stability and move toward self-sufficiency. The Care Coordinator interacts with diverse community supports, including behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, physical health, criminal justice, benefits management and employment. Open until filled.
This is a full-time, hourly position. The position is based in Pacific County WA, but may occasionally require travel to and work in our Grays Harbor and North Pacific County offices. The primary office location will be in Raymond, WA.

Care Coordinator II/Coordinated entry – Lewis County
This position provides a hybrid role combining Coordinated Entry (CE) functions and ongoing Care Coordination services for individuals and households experiencing homelessness or housing instability in Lewis County.
The position supports a same-day, low-barrier Coordinated Entry system, ensuring equitable access to housing resources, while also providing ongoing care coordination support funded through non-CE resources (e.g., Foundational Community Supports) when desired by the participant.
The Care Coordinator / Coordinated Entry Specialist interacts with community partners across housing, behavioral health, substance use treatment, physical health, criminal justice, benefits systems, and employment services to support housing stability and self-sufficiency. Open until filled.
This is a full-time, hourly position. Program hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend services are not required.
